Therapeutic Exercises

The Wellness Institute helps you manage and eliminate chronic pain through advanced techniques in therapeutic exercise. Therapeutic exercise provides relief, but your daily activities must also be evaluated and addressed so that we may ensure that pain does not return. The most common modern medical treatments are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin, naproxen, and ibuprofen). The Wellness Institute does not use medication or surgery. This kind of method will only alleviate symptoms temporarily, and it does not address the cause of your pain.
